Shrove Tuesday might be over for another year, but the reminder this day has provided, of a long-forgotten pancake love, means it’s an ‘eggstravagance’ from which there is no turning back!
As an easy-to-make, on-your-plate-in-five-minutes breakfast (or lunch) concept, the pancake is a handy way to shake up the stagnant standard that we’re all starting to tire of by now.
Make them wholemeal and throw in some superfood ingredients, and you’re onto
a winner with nutrition, as well as convenience.
Equally, when you grow tired of the stack-and-top approach, there’s also myriad of ways to upstyle your pancakes for both novelty factor, and extra goodness.
