‘Past a certain age, food just stops being fun, and more’s the pity we say!’

Updated: Apr 9, 2021

One of the definite down sides of adulting, is that there’s no reasonable excuse for eating rainbow-coloured food anymore!

Past a certain point, food just stops being, well... fun, and more’s the pity we say!

That’s why, in honour of National Unicorn Day, we’ve pushed the breakfast boat out with none other than THIS, sweet, colourful delight.

Unicorn Toast is an idea that’s been around for some time now, and with the help of Gradz Bakers, it’s currently enjoying a more grown-up (but no less colourful) appeal!

The main ingredient - Gradz Yeast-Free Sourdough Bread - is a unique, hand-crafted loaf which is fermented to produce a deliciously light, crisp toast, with just enough bite to help convince ourselves we’ve not really regressed to a new Lucky Charm-esque low (yet!).

At this time, when the fun factor of our food is worth more than ever, Unicorn Toast certainly has a universal appeal. Granted, marshmallow fluff is not necessarily for the everyday, but as an exercise in colour therapy...this rainbow delight might just have legs!
