I hide healthy stuff in meals that nobody knows about...least of all the ‘Green Stuff’ Police otherwise known as my children!
It might be some grated carrot here….or a stealthy sprinkling of chia seeds there, but the common clandestine goal remains the same!
That is, to move the nutrient needle of each meal just enough, to ensure the cumulative nutrient intake of my unsuspecting covers (and myself!!) is as close to ‘optimum’ as it’s possible to get, within the context of a busy, potato-waffle-loving life.
In the case of work-from-home lunches, especially, what I now find is that even a bonafide bagel habit, isn't beyond the realms of a bit of betterment by Bia - CHIA BIA, that is!
