Move over overnight oats… there’s a new breakfast in town!

Updated: May 7, 2022

Of all the delicious, satisfying and nutritious ways to begin the day, Chia Pudding takes some beating, and not just for the fact it packs more protein per spoonful, than you’d ever expect from a dish with ‘pudding’ in its name.

Contrary to the dessert-esque appeal, this simple, no-cook recipe speaks to our health consciousness, just as much as our taste buds!

To demonstrate just how easy and versatile it is to make, we’ve teamed up with Chia Charge - on none other than National Chia Day - to show the three simple steps to raising your breakfast game in time for spring!

Chia Charge’s whole chia seed packs are rich in fibre, antioxidants, calcium, phosphorous, magnesium and essential fatty acids, which means a little goes a long way in helping you get more of the nutrition you need, from less!

To make, simply mix 4 dessert spoonfuls of chia seeds with a can of coconut milk and a dessert spoonful of maple syrup, then leave in the fridge overnight.

The Chia Charge range also features a variety of on-the-go products - including wheat-free bars and flapjacks - all designed to deliver great taste, and enhanced performance through the medium of this small yet mighty plant-based protein!

With no chia product quite so versatile as the handy made-for-smoothies seeds, however, it’s arguably never been easier to incorporate this ancient superfood into our everyday diets, and ‘chia’ ourselves up on demand!

If you don’t believe us, the proof is in the pudding!
