Monday...Run Day!

Running might not be everyone’s bag, but we defy even the most adamant of ‘non-runners’ not to find some benefit in giving it at least half a chance.


Whether for 2 minutes, or 20 minutes, running can get the blood pumping and endorphins surging just enough to put paid to any doubt that trying, if nothing else, is almost always a good idea.


Assuming there’s no physical reason against a little pavement-pounding (this is important)....a hit of fresh air and physical activity carries a high guarantee for a positive outcome, for mental health, just as much as physical.
