So, I’ve made no secret of the fact that I am a BIG fan of Pamela Anderson, and have found in recent years that so much of what she says resonates, and in a way that I would have never predicted, back in the Baywatch days.

‘here we go time!’
It’s an idea that I’ve since latched onto, and admittedly used as the motivational basis for my entire autumn action plan.
An action plan that has been a little slow in the making, I’ll readily admit, since the summer holidays put paid to anything vaguely resembling ‘vigour.’
That said, the wheels of motivation are slowly regaining momentum.
The ‘here we go time!’ energy has kicked in, and with this, the ‘turning point’ that is autumn, seems to be gaining a whole new (and maybe slightly exciting) meaning!
